On this class HA ergometer, resistance can be set up to 400 Watts in 5-Watt increments or automatically adjusted to maintain a certain heart rate. Heart rate can be measured using the supplied ear clip or the optionally available chest strap. Maximum heart rate can be set to allow you to exercise in the range that is right for you. The VARON STRESSLESS will give you a warning as soon as this threshold is exceeded. Other workout parameters can be individually adjusted as well.

The cushiony gel saddle, the natural workout position and the zero-friction rotation ensure comfort. The ergometer’s precision ball bearing and induction braking system are high-quality features that are standard on all FINNLO equipment.
