The cross-trainer Ellyptech CT5 from HAMMER is the beginner model in HAMMER's cross-trainer series and ideal for cardio training at home. The heart of the cross-trainer is the easy-to-use workout computer that will not distract you from what is important. All important workout factors such as speed, distance, time, calories and heart rate are shown on the LCD display.

You can also enter your workout parameters in the computer, i.e. the desired duration or the number of calories you want to burn. Your workout can also be heart rate-oriented. The heart rate can be easily measured via the hand heart rate sensors on the Ellyptech CT5 cross-trainer. The exercise intensity can be set in 8 levels using the turn knob. Once your workout is complete the computer calculates your personal fitness grade using your resting heart rate. This keeps you motivated, and you can follow your progress not just by seeing your thinner waist but also by following the positive development of your heart rate.

The Ellyptech CT5 cross-trainer has 12kg centrifugal force and a quality ball bearing that ensure comfortable balance. The tried-and-tested magnet brake system ensures even resistance. With the help of the transport rollers you can easily move the HAMMER cross-trainer around.
